What documents do I need?
A commercial invoice and bill of lading are required for every request. Depending on cargo type, we may also need a packing list, vehicle registration, or import/export permits.
How do I get a quote?
Submit a request through our Request Quote page with your cargo details - our team will review and send a fee quote.
Can I track my clearance status?
Yes - create an account and every request shows a live timeline from submission through cargo release.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe or PayPal where enabled, plus bank transfer, cash, and mobile money - submitted with a reference note for our team to confirm.
Do you handle both import and export clearance?
Yes, we're registered to handle both import and export customs clearance in The Gambia.
